We help you connect deeply with nature and through this connection find meaning and purpose for your life. The coaching is informed by Nick Totton and Wild Therapy, and has therapeutic outcomes as a result of spending time working with and in nature.
As a client, you or the group will spend time in the outdoors either from a ‘base camp’ which may be your place of work, home, or coaching room, or from a literal outdoor basecamp. You will either be accompanied or unaccompanied and have time to ‘sit’ with nature and notice what emerges and work with our wild wellbeing coach to ‘make sense’ of the emergent themes for your life.
In our experience, immersive outdoor coaching experiences leads to a more authentic version of self, less stress, an enlarged perspective, calmness, depth of thought, gratitude and a healing awareness of self and existence in the context of a vast universe.
Being ‘in the wild’ also puts us on the edge, we help you explore your own sense of wildness through structured contemplation and conversation. Our aim is to co-create a new way of being using nature as a coach, which clients find both relaxing and exciting at the same time.
We can work also with young people with wellbeing support requirements and within schools that have ‘outdoor spaces’ to help them move towards wellness and engagement.
